Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of services

Blue Wave Global LLC arranges transportation, customs clearance and related logistics services as an intermediary unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. All services are subject to these terms and to the trading conditions of the carriers engaged.

2. Quotations

Quotations are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise and are based on the information you provide. Final charges may change where cargo details, routes, duties, taxes or carrier surcharges differ.

3. Booking and documentation

You are responsible for providing accurate cargo descriptions, declared values, weights and complete documentation. Failure to do so may result in delays, additional charges or refusal of carriage.

4. Prohibited and restricted goods

You must not hand over goods that are prohibited by applicable law or by carrier restrictions, or dangerous goods not properly declared and packed in accordance with regulation.

5. Charges and payment

Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. We may exercise a lien over cargo where charges remain unpaid, as permitted by law.

6. Transit times

Transit times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including carrier schedules, weather, industrial action or customs examination.

7. Claims

Claims must be notified in writing within the period allowed by the applicable convention or law, and in any event within seven days of delivery (or the date delivery should have been made). Liability is limited as permitted by law and the engaged carrier’s terms.

8. Insurance

Cargo insurance is not included unless expressly arranged and confirmed by us in writing.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States, without prejudice to mandatory protections in the consumer’s country of residence.
