Shipping information

Shipping Information

Transit expectations, documentation and packaging guidance — the practical details that keep your cargo moving.

Transit windows

Estimates below cover port-to-port movement. Door-to-door adds pickup, clearance and final-mile time.

Documentation first

We prepare and pre-check your documents before departure, so clearance starts on arrival — not after it.

Covered cargo

All-risk insurance is available on every lane and quoted against the declared value of your goods in USD. Shipment weights are recorded in Metric (kg · cm).

Indicative transit times

How long it takes.

Working days, excluding customs examination. Your quotation confirms the exact window for your sailing or flight.

Packaging guidance

Pack for the worst leg of the journey.

Cargo is stacked, transferred and handled many times between your warehouse and the destination door. A few small decisions at packing stage prevent most damage claims.

  • Use double-wall corrugation for export cartons over 44 lb (20 kg)
  • Palletise and stretch-wrap, with edge protectors on corners
  • Add moisture barriers for humid or long ocean transits
  • Label two faces of every carton and photograph the packed cargo
